Did not ship, and claimed beginning of up coming 7 days. Did not ship. Explained to going out that day, and did not. Explained when 1st contacted I didn't care, but have to be supplied updates, and all I got was lies about when it might ship. They didn't reply to 2 e-mails times apart. Asked for refund heading into 4th week without explanations. Qu
